Individual therapy involves a thorough assessment of your history as well as your values and what goals you hope to achieve through the therapy process. At the core of therapy is building a trusting relationship with your therapist where you feel understood and you feel like you and your therapist are collaboratively working towards your goals. At Pelham Psychology, we work to understand you as an individual.
We welcome clients from a variety of ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds, sexual orientations, and who identify as LGBTQ+. We tailor treatment to the individual and provide culturally competent care.
